This Privacy Policy explains how Pran Kont ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit prankont.com, audit.prankont.com, or interact with any of our services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Pran Kont is a personal-brand and marketing consultancy. If you have any privacy-related question you can reach us at hey@prankont.com.

2. What we collect

We try to collect only what we need to deliver the Services and respond to you.

Information you give us — your name, email address, optional subject line, and any answers you submit through the brand quiz or contact forms.
Technical information — your IP address and browser user-agent at the time you submit a form, used for anti-abuse and operational logs.
Quiz responses — the answers you select on each question, your computed score, and the assigned stage.
Marketing parameters — UTM parameters present in the URL when you submit (for example utm_source, utm_campaign) so we can understand which channel introduced you to us.
Local storage — administrative tools may store a session token in your browser's local storage. The public quiz uses local storage only to remember your sound preference.

3. What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies on the Services.

4. How we use your information

To deliver the result of the brand quiz to you on screen.
To follow up on consultation requests you submit.
To send transactional emails related to your request.
To improve the Services through aggregate analysis of submissions.
To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and security incidents.

5. Legal basis

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases:

Consent — when you submit a form, you provide consent for us to contact you about your request.
Legitimate interests — for operating, securing and improving the Services.
Legal obligation — where we are required by law to retain certain records.

6. How we share your information

We share information only with the following processors, who are bound by their own data-protection terms:

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and database storage (Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1).
Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail) — transactional email delivery.
Push notification providers — when administrators opt in to push notifications, the operating-system-level push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla) delivers notification triggers. No personal data is included in these messages.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Pran Kont or others.

7. International transfers

Our hosting and email providers operate global infrastructure. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep submission records for as long as needed to respond to your request and for legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months. After that, we either anonymise or delete the records. Push subscriptions are automatically removed when they expire or are revoked.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Receive a portable copy of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hey@prankont.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The Services use only first-party local storage and a session cookie for the administrative dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and bot detection.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS in transit, encrypted secrets, and access controls on the administrative interface. No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we keep our setup minimal and audited.

12. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via the Services.
